Food Service Director
Absolut Care of Allegany, a 37 bed nursing and long term care facility is looking for a Food Service Director.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Ordering and maintaining food and supply inventories
Hiring and scheduling appropriate staff
Develop techniques to provide maximum efficiency within budget allowance for food, staffing and supplies
Control food production and waste
Establish procedures in accordance with state regulations and administrative policies
Demonstrates skills and techniques necessary to preparing meals for residents with specific needs
